My name is Patricia, and I am a vintage baby boomer who enjoys an active lifestyle. I work out, run, and love to ride my bike. I also love snorkeling, kayaking, and travel.

I view the world through a spiritual lens and believe in spreading good news to the poor, setting free the captives, and helping the blind to see. As the scripture says, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed," Luke 4:18. 

I've observed that self-centeredness often leads to unhappiness. One can find lasting change through a relationship with God.
